Little Fortune

My wife Kate Brislin has the most beautiful touch on the ukulele, an instrument she has played since the age of 5. She has so much poignancy and aloha in her right hand that her uke playing often brings me to tears. I composed this uke tune for Kate. It’s a wordless love song. “Little Fortune” is one of the many nicknames I have given her over the years. Another, rather different one, is “Space Pants”. I think I need to make a tune with that title.
