Rhododendron

I composed “Rhododendron” in the same week as “Hot Philouries”. I was visiting the forest where I used to live.  It was early April, and the wild rhododendron was in bloom everywhere I looked.  Parts of "Rhododendron" are hard for me to play.  Young players of bowed instruments seem to have no difficulty at all, especially if they’ve had some classical training.
