Kleptograss is Eric Thompson's band and his repertoire for the most part. The usual lineup is three stable unchanging instrument (bass, guitar, and fiddle) and two changing instruments. The bass is usually Paul Knight, the fiddle is usually Paul Shelasky, and the guitar is usually Scott Nygaard. Eric Thompson and Jody Stecher are the other members. When Eric plays guitar, Jody plays mandolin. When Eric plays mandolin, Jody plays banjo. When Eric plays cuatro, Jody plays mandolin. When Eric plays banjo, Jody plays mandola. This iteration of Kleptograss has Suzy Thompson on fiddle instead of Paul Shelasky. Generally Jody and Eric are the only vocalists but since Suzy is such a good singer there will probably be more singing.
